The hotel is situated in a prime location with stunning views of the bay and the Peninsula de la Magdalena. It offers a great vantage point to overlook the entrance to the harbor and the enormous bay. The public areas are well-maintained and provide a comfortable atmosphere. Guests can easily explore the surroundings or relax in the hotel, as transportation can be arranged. The rooms are comfortable and offer amenities such as top-quality shower fixtures and nice toiletries. The breakfast offered is of high quality and the staff provides excellent service.

The hotel lacks a swimming pool and an outside relaxation area, which could be a drawback for guests planning a longer stay.

The hotel had a beautiful view from the room and the beds were really comfortable. the key location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the staff at the reception and porters were very friendly and helpful.

The service at the bar and terrace in the afternoons was quite slow due to a lack of staff. Another negative aspect was that the hotel was in need of a refurbishment, as it had an old-world charm that was starting to feel a bit outdated.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the lovely gardens to the convenient parking. The location, situated in a residential area on top of the hill in the peninsula, provided us with stunning views of the surrounding area. We enjoyed walking downhill to the center of the city, and when we didn't feel like walking back uphill, taxis were readily available. The breakfast offered was of a very high standard, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were all most obliging and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.
